BET Africa, the exclusive home for black entertainment content manifests on DStv Channel 129, is excited to bring new and exclusive shows to viewers. This March will pique your interest in your viewing experience with everything from sitcoms to reality shows, whether you’re looking for something new to watch or want to re-watch an old favourite.

BET Africa delivers the award-winning American sitcom series Blackish Season 6, All of Us, and the most anticipated American reality program, Girls Cruise, starring Grammy Award-winning musician, Lil Kim, to keep the audience enthralled and glued to their televisions.

“We are ecstatic about our March line up. We are always searching for relatable content that resonates and seeks to elevate black love, connections and joy. With the new and exclusive series of Blackish, All of Us and Girls Cruise, we aim to deliver content that resonates with the culture”, stated Monde Twala, SVP and GM for Paramount in Africa, Peer Lead, BET International.

Blackish S6: A sitcom that has aired for 5 seasons and is now in its 6th, Blackish is about an Upper class African-American family centered on Dre, played by Anthony Anderson. Dre is a family man who struggles with finding his cultural identity, as he juggles several personal issues, while raising his kids in a white neighbourhood with his wife, Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross). The sitcom series premiered exclusively on BET Africa on 1 February 2022, and it will continue to air every Monday to Thursday at 20:00 WAT / 21:00 CAT.

All Of Us: It is a 30-minutes sitcom series, written and produced by Jada Pinkett Smith and her husband, Will Smith. The series is based on their own blended family. Robert James, a divorced entertainment reporter, lives with his son Robert and fiancée, Tia. He tries to befriend his ex-wife Neesee, played by Lisa Rey McCoy, with whom he shares Robert’s custody. It exclusively premiered on BET Africa on 14 February 2022, and will continue to air every Monday to Thursday at 19:00 WAT / 20:00 CAT.

Girls Cruise: Music icon, Lil’ Kim, is joined by her friends Ma, Chilli, Pretty Vee, B. Simone, Tiffany Panhilason, and Charly ‘Char’ Defrancesco for a trip of a lifetime in this hour-long reality show with 11 episodes. While on a luxurious cruise across the Caribbean, the girls embark on a voyage of self-discovery and camaraderie. The first episode of Girls Cruise began on 1 February, 2022, and will air every Tuesday at 20:30 WAT / 21:30 CAT.
