Metropolitan launched a newly opened branch in Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria North, and they are happy to be having a bigger branch that is close to their clients and is also made convenient for potential customers.
In the spirit of giving back, Metropolitan has donated R10 000 to the Kaabo Community Services NPC. This comes after the decision to relocate one of its branches to the Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria to be more accessible to clients.
The move contributes to the community and the fact that the branches are from surrounding areas shows that Metropolitan understands the financial and employment needs of the people whose communities it branches into. Which is exactly why the Kaabo Community Services NPC was chosen as it forms part of the community near the Wonderpark Shopping Centre.
The Regional Manager, Mr. Aaron Nyathi says, the launch has been long overdue, and we are excited to have launched the branch on this because it will now make life easier for both the employees and the clients. Today commemorates the hard work of the employees and the growth of the brand. Mr Nyathi confirms, that Metropolitan is not retrenching employees unlike their competitors. They made sure that their employees keep their jobs after their branches were closed because of the Covid19 pandemic. Metropolitan’s new branch has seen numerous clients since it opened in Wonderpark and they continue to help their customers to the best of their ability, happy clients mean there is growth within the brand itself.
